Hummus
1 can of Chickpeas
1 Tablespoon of garlic
1 Tablespoon of Tahini
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/4 cup fo roasted pine nuts
Olive oil
Sesame oil
Water
– to reach your desired consistency and creaminess
Salt to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Blend together in a food processor or blender.
