Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz of softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 C mayo
  • 1 T 10x sugar
  • 1 T dry white wine
  • 1/2 t onion juice
  • 1/2 t prepared mustard
  • 1/4 t garlic salt
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 (6oz) can of crab meat, drained and flaked
  • chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients, mix well.
  2. Gently stir in crab meat.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a lightly greases 1 qt baking dish.
  4. bake at 375 for 15 min
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and server warm with crackers
