Ingredients
- 2 C masa
- 1.5 C water
Directions
- Combine. Will be dry and a bit crumbly. You may think there isnt quite enough water.
- Form into 2 inch balls, and press on a plastic wrap lined tortilla press.
- Cook on a dry skillet on medium heat until you get nice color.
- They will feel thick and stuff when they come off the skillet, they will soften.
- Put between a slightly damp dish towel to keep warm while cooking.
