Younger’s Chili
circa 1968, Ben Sammons, Menomonee Falls, WI3 lbs hamburger, browned
1 1/2 lbs pork sausage
3 garlic cloves
3-4 oz cans mushrooms
3 cans hot chili beans
3 cans kidney beans
2 cans tomato paste
1/2 bottle Heinz 57 sauce
1 lag can V8
2 lg green peppers, chopped
2 celery hearts chopped
5 onions chopped
1 lb butter
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T chili powder
2 T prepared mustard
One very large pot!

Brown meats. Sauté veggies until soft. Add everything else to the pot and begin to simmer. Cook for 90 minutes.
Instructions say to serve with toast!
