Yorkshire Pudding

A family favorite!!!

This is a half batch- we always make a double when serving the family.

Preheat the oven to 400

2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk

Mix the three ingredients.
Melt butter in a high walled casserole/ceramic dish- coat the inside of the dish with the butter.

Pour in ingredients and bake for 30-40 minutes.
The crust should rise up from the sides of the pan. Baken until golden on the crust. It will be semi golden/yellow in the middle. And firm, it should not be liquid.

Can also be made as individuals in a muffin tin, see pictures below.
