We use a cardboard wine case box for a “kitchen” on some trips. Based on several trips, this is what we tend to bring with us.a small stack (10-20) full sized chinet dinner plates
a stack of “crystal” plastic cups for wine, juice or whiskey
a small box of plastic utensils, knives, forks, spoons
small stack of paper dinner napkins, small stack of drinks/snack napkins
a couple gallon ziplock bags
a few quart ziplock bags

2-4 older dish/kitchen towels
salt and pepper shakers (like picnic size)
small bottle of EV olive oil
a bottle of tabasco
these being the kinds of things we can’t count on being in your average AirBnB or hotel “kitchenette”
