Thanksgiving Stuffing
3/4 C chopped onion1.5 C chopped celery1/2 C Butter1 C Pecans6 C Bread Crumbs
1lb Pork Sausage1t salt1.5 t chopped sage1 t thyme1.2 t pepper2 C chicken stock
Cook the onions and celery in butter and brown the sausage.Toast pecans, stir in bread crumbs and mix all ingredients.
