Shredded Brussel Sprouts

Inspired by a P.F. Changs dish.

Brussel Sprouts (as many as you would like to eat) 8-10
Olive oil
dash of ginger or 1t fresh ginger
2 t garlic
1 t sesame seeds
dash of salt

Cut the brussel sprouts into thin strips. Warm up the oil with the ginger, garlic sesame and salt. Toss in the sprouts and coat with oil. Fry until some of the brussel sprout edges begin to get singed. Do not over cook because it will just get mushy. Use hot-ish heat to get the singeing without overcooking.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
