Red Pepper Lime Corn
Corn cut from the cob
red pepper flakes
oil
lime juice
Heat up oil in a pan with the red pepper flakes. Add as much red pepper as you would like.
When the oil is HOT add the corn. You want to the corn to begin to carmelize and have dark brown and black edges to it.
At the last minute add some limes juice, 1-2 teaspoons.
Serve immediately!
