4t cream of tarter
2 c water
4T vegetable oil
food coloring

Mix dry ingredients and then add the water and oil. Heat on the stovetop medium heat until it looks like mashed potatoes. Turn out onto wax paper or plastic bags. Add food coloring. Keep in airtight containers.
