Peach Pie
6-8 Peeled peaches
1 T of lemon juice
1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 t cinnamon
2 T of butter
50-55 minutes to bake at 425
Combine the fruit, lemon, flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl and mix.
Pour the filling into the pie bottom and then cube the butter in chunks and put it on top of the filling.
Finally add the top crust of the pie and bake.
