Pakoras
Delicious indian veggie bites!
makes about 15
a few cups of chopped veggies
Onions
Cauliflower
Broccoli
1 c of chickpea flour
1 t coriander
2 t salt
1/2 t turmeric
1-2 t chili powder
1 t garam masala
2 gloves of garlic
3/4 c water
Oil for deep frying
Combine all the ingredients and mix. The mixture should be sticky but it doen’t have to hold together super well. They hold together better than you would expect when you drop some into the oil. If they fall apart in the oil add more chickpea flour to make the mix thicker.
