No Peek Beef Casserole2 lbs beef stew meat
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz mushrooms (or more, or none)
1/2 c red wine

1/2 c red wine
Combine all ingredients, stir well. Cook on low 8-12 hours or high 5-6 hours.
Serve over noodles or rice.
