Mandarin Mint Fizz
A cocktail I had at Pete Miller’s Jazz bar in Evanston. Light, fruity, and minty.
2 oz Citrus Vodka
1 oz simple syrup
3-4 springs worth of mint leaves
1 half of a mandarin (plus some rind and zest)
1 half of a lime (plus some rind and zest)
1 half of a lemon (plus some rind and zest)
top with soda
Shake vodka, sugar, mint and fruit in a shaker with ice. Pour into a tall glass and top with soda. Strain if you would prefer.
