Combine:
2 Tbl Red Wine Vinegar
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Let sit a few minutes for salt to dissolve.
Add:
1 Tbl Dijon mustard
½ cup Olive Oil
1-2 splashes of Tabasco
1 clove garlic, minced
Shake well
