Grandma Judy’s Cranberry Sauce
1 lb bag of fresh cranberries
1 c. red wine
1 c. sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
3 T. frozen orange juice concentrate
3 T. (or more!) orange liqueur (grand mariner, cointreau or equivalent)
bring all ingredients to boil, cook until a few berries start to split. (but not all)
remove from heat, chill and serve.
