Gram’s Bread

Excellent toasted with butter.

2 pkg. yeast in 1 c warm water (dissolved)

2 eggs
1/4 c oil
2 Tbs sugar
2 c warm water
2 tsp salt
Flour

Start with 2-3 cups of flour and add
as needed to make soft, pliable dough.

Knead for 3 – 5 minutes. Let rise covered with dish cloth til doubled in size.
Form into loaves in pan and let rise again (covered) – 1 1/2 hrs

Bake at 350 F for 20 – 25 minutes
Makes 5 loaves. Freezes very well.
