Fondue Broths

Fondue can be made with either oil or broth as the cooking liquid. If you are looking for the Fondue Sauces, click here.

Here are some of our favorite broth recipes!

Red wine, Mushroom and rosemary
  • 3/4 C chopped onion
  • 4 cloves are chopped garlic
  • 1.5 C quarters mushrooms
  • Sprig of roasemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • equal parts dry red wine and chicken broth. (How much will depend on your fondue pot)
  1. Brown the onions and garlic in the fondue pot.
  2. Add the mushrooms.
  3. Add the rosemary and bay leaves
  4. Add the wine and stock and bring to a boil
