Faux Mayeaux (Mayo)

 

Faux Mayeaux12 oz. silken tofu, like Mori-nu, firm, excess water drained
lemon juice, about one half to one lemon
one clove garlic, minced, optional (if you prefer a less pungent, spicy garlic flavor, use garlic powder to taste after mayo is blended)
salt, to taste

splash unflavored non-dairy milk, optional (almond, soy, coconut etc)
other optional ingredients: Dijon mustard, to taste, start with about 1/2 teaspoon
squirt of sirachi…
chili garlic sauce…
soy sauce…
ginger…

lasts about a week in a air-tight container in fridge
