Egg Rolls
Small bag of coleslaw mix
1 shredded carrot
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 small onion
2 t ginger
2 t sesame seeds
(or anything else you want – pork, more veggies, etc.)
egg roll wrappers
Canola oil for frying
Shred all the ingredients and mix together in a bowl. Put a 1/4-1/3 cup of mix in each wrapper depending on the size of the wrapper and roll starting with a corner. Wet the edges of the wrapper so that is sticks. Then fry in oil until golden brown.
