Cilantro Coconut Thai Chicken

 

4 Chicken breasts butterflied
2 garlic cloves
1 green chili
3/4″ fresh ginger
4 T cilantro
1 lime zested and juice
2T soy sauce
1T sugar
3/4c coconut milkspread chicken in baking dish

food process the remain ingredients, spread paste over chicken and marinate one hour

bake at 400 for 12-15 min until evenly cooked

garnish with chopped cilantro
