Cheesesteak

Pretty simple, not too much of a “recipe”

Ingredients:

  • Shaved beef, or thin sliced chicken
  • Onion
  • Mushrooms
  • American Cheese
  • Sandwich bread

Instructions:

  1. Begin by sautéing onions and mushrooms in a cast iron skillet. Pretty heavily salt and pepper the mix.
  2. Once the onions and mushrooms have wilted a bit, add the meat and cook hard. Crispy bits are tasty 🙂
  3. Put cheese on top and put the bread on top of the cheese. Cook for 1-2 minute to melt the cheese and warm the bread. Flip the whole thing over and serve.
