Paneer and Broccoli
Simple and quick. Tasty side dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 large head broccoli, broken into florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 225g pack paneer, sliced
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- zest and juice 1 lemon
- Dash of turmeric for color
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Season, then fry the paneer for 2-3 mins on each side until golden. Move the paneer to the edge of the pan and add the garam masala, garlic, chilli and 1/4C of water and the broccoli. Cook until the broccoli is tender then toss with the lemon zest and juice. Serve!
