Brisket

 

Sweet and Sour Brisket

4 Pounds of Brisket
1/3 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cups of ketchup
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1 Large onion
3 T garlic
1 cup of water

1 cup of chopped carrots
1 cup of chopped mushrooms

Add first list of ingredients into a slow cooker/ crockpot. Cook for a long as you can, at least 6 hours. Add the carrots and mushrooms an hour or two before you want to eat so they don’t get too mushy.
