Bourbon Flip
Another delicious cocktail with eggs and cream!
Don’t worry about the raw egg, any salmonella from eggs is from the outside of the shell and not the insides. If you are super worried you can always wash the outside of the egg with warm water.
3 oz of bourbon
1 oz simple syrup
1 1/2 oz heavy cream
1 whole egg
nutmeg – garnish
Shake all the ingredients in a dry (no ice) shaker for 20 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with nutmeg.
