1 C flour
2 t salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1/4 t garlic powder
1/2 t paprika
1 egg
1 C milk

1/4 C Frank’s red hot sauce or other hot sauce
1 T butter

Combine the flour, salt, and spices in a wide bowl. Mix the egg and milk in a second bowl.
Dip each piece of chicken in the egg/milk mixture then coat in flour. Repeat once so that the chicken pieces are double coated.
Refrigerate the coated chicken pieces for 10-20 minutes.

Fry the chicken in oil. While the chicken is frying, melt the butter then mix with the hot sauce. Set aside until you are ready to sauce the chicken.
