Andrew’s Famous Dijon Chicken

Chicken peices
1 onion, chopped
1-2 T Dijon Mustard
2 T garlic
oil
water

Place all the ingredients into a bag and marinate for at least 30 min, preferably 1 hour.

preheat the oven to 375

Then empty the bag into a baking dish (glass or ceramic, or a cast iron skillet. There should be enough oil and water for the chicken to be sitting in about 1 cm of liquid in the baking dish.
Also make sure none of the onions are on top of the chicken as them will dry out.

Bake until the chicken is done.
