Adobo Cream Chicken
Creamy and spicy chicken and rice dish!
Simply add all the ingredients to a large high-walled skillet with a lid.
1 chicken breast cut into small peices
1/2 can of black beans
1/2 cup of corn (frozen or fresh)
1 cup of uncooked rice
1 chopped onion
2 T garlic
1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
1-1.5 cups of water
1 t. black pepper
1 t. tumeric
1 T adobo seasoning
2 chopped serrano pepper
1/2 habenero pepper – much more of either of these peppers will make it extremely hot, I would not recommend any additional spice.
Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cover. Cook until the the rice and chicken are cooked through
Serve hot!
